Asha Loon is a South African filmmaker based in London, UK. She holds a First-Class BA in Filmmaking from the University of Sussex and has also completed a filmmaking course at the London Film Academy.

As a writer and director, Asha creates character-driven stories that explore themes of identity, relationships, coming of age, memory, and the interplay between light and darkness. Through her work, she aims to tell stories that make people feel seen.

Alongside writing and directing, Asha has worked across a range of film productions in roles including Assistant Director, Production Assistant, Editor, and Script Supervisor.
